Margaret Stanish’s legal career has focused on white collar offenses for over 27 years.  She joined Wright Stanish & Winckler in 2006.  She primarily defends those under investigation or accused of fraud offenses in the federal system, including healthcare fraud, bank and wire fraud, and regulatory offenses. 

Ms. Stanish methodically analyzes each client’s circumstances and the applicable law with the steady aim of protecting the client’s constitutional rights and best interests.
